摘要
小额诉讼程序起源于美国，它的应用提高了法庭审理案件的效率，并且在很大程度上解决了诉讼成本昂贵的问题。美国的小额诉讼程序程序具有自身的特色，对我国具有重要的借鉴意义，可以尝试在我国行政机构中建立“小额诉讼程序”，在以低成本化解社会矛盾的同时，亦不会损害社会的公平正义。
Small claim procedure originated from the USA which improve the efficiency and reduce the cost. It enlightens us to try to construct small claim procedure in administrative structure in order to solve social problems and maintain justice with low cost.
