摘要 为提高转炉冶炼过程中钒的收得率,对铁矿粉的加入方式及供气模式进行了探索性研究。分别研究了铁矿粉以块矿、喷粉和喷粉加料方式配合O2CO2混吹供气三种情况下对提钒效果的影响。结果表明虽然三种情况下都可以将熔池温度控制在合理范围内,但根据综合冶炼效果喷粉加料方式配合O2CO2混吹供气提钒效果最好、单独喷粉加料方式其次、单独块矿加料方式最差。 For improving the rate of Vanadium extraction in process of steel-making in converter,we research the adding methods of iron ore powder and blowing patterns.We research three different ways which affect the rate of Vanadium extraction,as adding the iron ore powder through lump ore or powder injection way and adding iron ore powder through powder injection with blowing mixture of O2 and CO2.The results showed that three different ways all can be the control temperature well.But according to the comprehensive application results,the way that adding iron ore powder through powder injection with blowing mixture of O2 and CO2 is the best,and adding iron ore powder through lump ore is worst.
