新型电极分布圆调节装置

由于镁砂、炉渣或其他新材料等冶炼时,电极分布圆功率密度需要探索,故设备电极分布圆要求在较大范围内可调,现有电极分布圆调节结构不能满足工艺要求;另外,现有结构为人工调节,调节方向非电极分布圆径向,费时费力。新结构调节范围大、自动调节,可以满足冶炼工艺要求。并提出了应用新型电极分布圆调节装置时的注意事项。

During melting magnesite,slag or other new materials by submerged arc furnace,the power density of electrode pitch circle need explore,hence the electrode pitch circle demands to adjust in wide scope,conventional adjustment mechanism of the electrode pitch circle can not meet technology demand,additional,conventional adjustment mechanism is artificial adjustment,moreover,the adjustment direction is not diameter direction of electrode pitch circle,painstaking,dissipation time.New adjustment mechanism can adjust in wide scope,auto-adjustment,therefore can meet melting technolog demand.While put forward some points for attention when using new type adjustment mechanism of electrode pitch circle.
