肺移植后肺孢子菌肺炎二例

摘要 肺孢子菌多见于免疫抑制患者，如获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）和器官移植患者。实体器官移植患者此病发病率差别较大，与移植器官类型、移植中心及免疫方案相关。没有使用预防方案、肺和心肺联合移植患者肺孢子菌肺炎（PCP）发病率为10％～40％。我们通过对2例肺移植后并发肺孢子菌肺炎患者的病历资料进行分析，并结合相关文献，提示肺孢子菌可能存在空气传播。
