mTOR信号通路与自身免疫性疾病研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自身免疫性疾病是指由机体自身产生抗体或致敏淋巴细胞破坏、损伤自身组织和细胞成分,导致组织损害和器官功能障碍的原发性免疫性疾病。免疫耐受性的终止和破坏是其发病的根本机制。自噬是高度保守的依赖于溶酶体的自身物质降解过程。大量的免疫学过程高度依赖细胞自噬,包括病原体的识别和破坏、抗原呈递、淋巴细胞发育和功能以及炎症的调节等。
