摘要 基于在氢氧化钠介质中,硫脲对鲁米诺-过氧化氢-纳米银体系的化学发光具有显著的增敏作用,建立了流动注射-化学发光法测定硫脲的方法。在优化的试验条件下,化学发光强度与硫脲的浓度在4.0×10-8~4.0×10-6 mol.L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3σ)为3.0×10-9 mol.L-1。方法用于橘子汁样品中硫脲的测定,测得加标回收率在95.7%~105.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.8%~3.2%之间。 Based on the sensitization effect of thiourea on the CL-reaction system of luminol-H2O2 silver nanoparticles in NaOH medium, a method for the determination of thiourea by FI chemiluminescence (CL) was proposed. Under the optimum conditions, linear relationship between values of CI. intensity and concentration of thiourea was obtained in the range of 4.0×10^-8--4.0×10^-6mol · L^-1 with detection limit (3or) of 3.0×10^-6mol ·L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of sample of orange juice, giving values of recovery by standard addition method in the range of 95.7%--105.3% and values of RSI) (n=6) in the range of 1.8%--3.2%.
