摘要
在石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水样中铝时,采用三磁场塞曼背景校正技术。铝的质量浓度在0.4mg.L-1以内与吸光度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为0.04μg。方法用于实验室能力验证标准溶液(NIL PT-0130)中铝的测定,测定结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定值相符。取3个浓度水平的铝标准溶液进行精密度试验,平行测定6次,测定值的相对标准偏差在2.7%~4.3%之间。
The tri magnetic field-Zeeman effect background correction was applied to the GFAAS determination of aluminum in water sample. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of aluminum was kept in the range within 0. 4 mg ·L^- 1 with limit of detection of 0. 04 μg. Tbe proposed method was used in the determination of aluminum in a testing standard solution (NIL PT 0130), giving results in consistency with those obtained by ICP-MS. Precision of the method was tested at 3 concentration levels, giving results of RSD's (n=6) in the range of 2.7%-4.3%.
