独立学院课内外一体化体育教学改革的研究——以长春大学光华学院为例

采用文献资料法和理论分析法等研究方法对独立学院体育课程现存问题进行分析和讨论,并结合长春大学光华学院课内外一体化体育教学改革的实践经验,提出了改革方案。方案从课程设置、素质教育课的开设、校内外体育竞赛的开展等几个方面作出了具体的阐述,为独立学院体育教学改革的理论和实践研究提供了一定的参考。

The paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward reform scheme according to the practice ofGuanghua College of Changchun University. The program states the curriculum, quality education course, sports con-test etc. and provides certain reference for independent college sports teaching reform.
