摘要
以某中央空调生产企业设备改造项目为载体,提出了基于PLC与组态软件结合采用Modbus及以太网通讯协议实现设备的群控系统设计。主要介绍了系统的硬件设计方案,并重点就系统软件设计过程中的一些关键技术进行阐述,如Modbus通讯、以太网通讯以及数据处理等程序的实现。目前该系统在现场使用过程中,能够实时监测系统设备的关键参数,直观显示设备的工作运行状态,并能及时对监测数据出现的设备异常情况进行报警信息提示。
A set of equipment-group controlling system has been designed with the center air-conditioning manufacturer as the carrier.This system was composed of the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) and configuration software,which was combined with Modbus and Ethernet communication protocol.In this paper the system’s hardware design was introduced,and the key technologies such as the processing block on Modbus communication,Ethernet communication and data processing programs were described in detail.By debugging and running,it has shown that the system can monitor the real-time key parameters,and display the running condition visually,and also give warning and alarming information when abnormal situation occurs.
