摘要
利用CATIA软件建立了带转向系统麦弗逊前悬架和多连杆后悬架的运动学模型,通过对模型中相应关节处施加运动约束,再进行运动学仿真分析,从而获得轮胎包络,轮胎包络的准确计算对汽车轮胎周边零件的设计具有重要意义。
The McPherson suspension with steering system and multi-link suspension model were built with the software CATIA.The proper joints were added first and the simulation was carried out.The tire envelop was got by the simulation of the virtual prototype with wheel jumpiness.The tire envelope play a key impact on the design of parts which are near the tire.
