摘要
螺纹铣削分粗、精加工两次进刀加工完成,而大多数螺纹加工要求分刀进给,分多次进刀铣削加工完成,这就需要通过多次修改刀具半径补偿值来完成,而利用数控系统的系统变量,将它编入程序自动写入刀补值,可代替人工修改系统的刀补值。以SIEMENS 802D数控系统及FANUC数控系统加工螺纹为例,分析系统变量用于读写数控系统内部数据的原理及编程方法,并分析螺纹铣削加工的刀具、加工方式等工艺内容,阐述右旋内、外螺纹铣削加工编程实例,说明利用数控系统的系统变量代替人工修改刀补值的编程思路和螺纹加工的编程方法。
Sub-coarse thread milling,finishing two feed processing is completed,most of the thread processing is requested knife feed,multiple feed milling is completed,which requires use repeatedly modified tool radius compensation value NC system variables,it is incorporated into the program automatically written to the cutter compensation value,instead of artificial modify system tool compensation values.In this paper,SIEMENS 802D CNC system FANUC CNC systems processing thread,for example,used to read and write CNC system principles and programming of the internal data,and analysis thread milling tools,machining and other processes through the analysis of system variables on the right-hand within external thread milling programming examples to illustrate the use of the the CNC system variables instead of artificial modify the tool compensation value programming ideas and programming of the thread processing method.
