试论工程设计管理对农业基本建设项目投资控制的影响

EFFECT OF ENGINEERING DESIGN MANAGEMENT ON AGRICULTURAL CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT INVESTMENT CONTROL

随着现代农业和农村经济的发展,国家不断加大对农业基本建设项目投入,使农业基本建设项目在日常农村经济活动中的地位和它自身所具备的特性格外引人注目。但是近年来,在国家不断加大对农业基本建设项目投入的同时,也暴露出许多工程技术管理和投资管理上的问题。文章从工程设计和投资控制的理论和实践的角度出发,探讨了农业基本建设项目工程设计管理和投资控制的关系,提出几条解决问题行之有效的方法。

With the development of modem agriculture and the rural economy, China continued to increase investment in agricultural infrastructure projects which were particularly noticeable in the daily economic activities of rural areas. But in recent years, there were many problems in the management of technology and investment. Based on the view of the theory and practice of engineering design and investment controlling , this paper discussed the relationship between the agricultural project management and investment controlling, and proposed several effective methods to solve these problems.
