摘要
为检测发动机工作状态下数字式点火系统的缺火次数,提出了一种结构简单、可靠性高的缺火检测装置.该装置从数字式点火控制器中引出2个信号,对这2个信号进行逻辑处理,得到缺火信号,并将缺火次数显示出来.在不影响发动机工作的条件下,该装置可以精确检测出点火系统在某段时间内的缺火次数,实现了发动机点火系统缺火次数的在线测量.
A kind of reliable and compact-structured detection device is presented to calculate misfire applying in digital engine ignition system. A couple of output signals generating from digital ignition controller is captured and analyzed logically before translated into igniter misfire signals which are then displayed successfully. While the engine is working without any disturbance, the device detects the times of misfire accurately and realizes on-line measurement.
