单核钴配合物的合成、结构及其与DNA、BSA作用的研究 被引量:1

Synthesis,Crystal Structure,DNA Binding and Interaction with Bovine Serum Albumin of Mononuclear Cobalt(Ⅲ) Complex

摘要 合成了1个新的单核钴配合物[CoL_2](ClO_4)_3·CH_3CH_2OH(L=8-(2-甲基吡啶)-氨基喹啉),通过红外光谱和元素分析对配合物进行了初步表征.X-射线单晶结构分析表明,2个三齿配体L与中心三价钴离子参与配位.采用电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱等方法研究了配合物与CT-DNA和BSA的相互作用,结果表明,配合物通过插入方式与CT-DNA键合,配合物与BSA的作用为静态淬灭过程. A new cobalt (III) complex [CoL2] (ClO4)3(CH3CH2OH) (L is 8 [(pyridyl methyl) amino] quinoline) has been synthesized and characterized by infrared spectroscopic analysis and elementary analysis. Single crystal structure of the complex exhibit that it is a mononuclear complex and each neutral ligand L acts as a tridentate terrninal ligand to coordinate cobalt center. The interaction of the compounds with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) has been explored by absorption and emission titration methods, which revealed that the complex could interact with CT-DNA through intercalation. The interaction of the complex with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was also investigated by UV-visible and fluorescence methods. The result suggests that the complex could quench the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA in a static quenching process.
