水合氯醛和苯磺酸阿曲库铵对大鼠坐骨神经复合肌肉动作电位的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Chloral Hydrate and Atracurium Besilate on Compound Muscle Action Potential of Sciatic Nerves in Rats

摘要 目的:研究水合氯醛和苯磺酸阿曲库铵对大鼠坐骨神经复合肌肉动作电位(compound muscle action potential,CMAP)的影响。方法:成年SD大鼠20只,随机分为2组(n=10):水合氯醛组(C组)和水合氯醛复合苯磺酸阿曲库铵组(CA组)。2组腹腔注射7%水合氯醛350 mg·kg^(-1)麻醉,给予水合氯醛后8 min时CA组腹腔注射苯磺酸阿曲库铵2.5μg·kg^(-1)。于给予水合氯醛8 min时刺激坐骨神经,记录其所支配的腓肠肌的CMAP。刺激强度为0.50 v、0.55 v、0.60 v,波宽0.05 ms,频率10 Hz,每隔5 min重复上述刺激。结果:与8 min时比较,0.50 v,0.55 v,0.60 v强度下C组CMAP的峰峰值及潜伏期均无明显变化(P_均>0.05);CA组与8 min时比较,0.50,0.55及0.60 v强度下23~43 min时的CMAP峰峰值降低(P<0.05或0.01),0.50 v强度下38 min的CMAP潜伏期延长(P<0.05),0.55 v,0.60 v强度下,23~43 min的CMAP潜伏期延长(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:水合氯醛对大鼠坐骨神经CMAP无明显影响;而复合肌松药苯磺酸阿曲库铵后对CMAP有一过性的抑制作用。 Objective:To study the effects of chloral hydrate with or without atracurium besilate on compound muscle action potential (CMAP) of sciatic nerves in rats.Method:Twenty adult SD rals were randomly divided into chloral hydrate group(group C) and chloral hydrate with atracurium besilate group(group CA).Group C was treated by chloral hydrate,and group CA was treated with chloral hydrate and atracurium besilate.Both the groups were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of 7%chloral hydrate with the dosage of 350 mg ? kg^(-1).After 8min of successful anesthesia,group CA was intraperitoneally infused with atracurium besilate(2.5μg ? kg^(-1)).Meanwhile,the two groups were stimulated sciatic nerves with stimulus intensity of 0.50 v,0.55 v and 0.60 v,width of 0.05 ms and frequency of 10 Hz,respectively.Each stimulus repeated three times every 5 min.Result;In group C,the peak to peak values and incubation periods of CMAP with 0.50 v,0.55 v and 0.60 v intensities had no statistical significance compared with(hose at 8 min(P0.05).However,in group CA,the CMAP peak to peak values at 23-43 min decreased with 0.50 v,0.55 v and 0.60 v intensities,and the CMAP incubation period at 38 min prolonged with 0.50 v intensity,and those at 23-43 min prolonged with 0.55 v and 0.60 v intensity(compared with those at 8 min,P0.05 or 0.01 ).Conclusion:Chloral hydrate shows no significant effect on CMAP.However,chloral hydrate combined with atracurium besilate has notable inhibitory effect on CMAP of sciatic nerves.
