Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与致心律失常性右室心肌病关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 炎症、免疫、退行性变、细胞凋亡、基因突变等多种因素未能解释致心律失常性右室心肌病(ARVC)独特的病理学特点——心肌组织脂肪浸润的发生机制。晚近研究表明桥粒斑珠蛋白(Plakoglobin,PG)核移位、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的抑制、脂肪形成因子的增加,引起心外膜的心脏祖细胞向脂肪细胞分化,是ARVC心肌脂肪浸润的主要分子机制。
