摘要
目的:研究独蒜兰Pleione bulbocodioides假鳞茎中的化学成分。方法:利用正相硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20、反相制备液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯层中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:5,5″,7,4',4,7″-六羟基-[3'-8″]双黄酮(Ⅰ)、kayaflavone(Ⅱ)、gymconopin D(Ⅲ)、4-羟基苯乙酸甲酯(Ⅳ)、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅴ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、4-oxopentanoic acid(Ⅶ)、对苯二酚(Ⅷ)、天麻苷(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Pleione bulbocodioides.Methods:The compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS-HPLC.The structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data(1H-NMR,13C-NMR).Results:Nine compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract in the rhizoma of Pleione bulbocodioides.Their structures were identified as amentoflavone(Ⅰ),kayaflavone(Ⅱ),gymconopin D(Ⅲ),methyl(4-OH)phenylacetate(Ⅳ),ρ-hydroxy benzaldehyde(Ⅴ),ρ-hydroxybenzcic acid(Ⅵ),4-oxopentanoic acid(Ⅶ),ρ-dihydroxy benzene(Ⅷ),gastrodine(Ⅸ).Conclusion:CompoundsⅠ~Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
