Recent Advances of Fluoroquinolones and Their Analytical Methods

摘要 氟喹诺酮类药物由于其抗菌谱广、口服吸收快、组织分布广、生物利用率高、半衰期长而受到广泛重视,成为抗生素药物中发展最快的领域。简要介绍了氟喹诺酮类药物的最新研究进展,包括构效关系与不良反应等。重点总结了氟喹诺酮类药物的检测分析方法,包括样品预处理、高效液相色谱法、液质联用、毛细管电泳和化学发光法等。 Being broad -spectrum and potent orally absorbed antibacterial agents, fluoroquinolones (FQs) are receiving increasing attention and enjoying rapidest development among all antibiotics for their outstanding ad- vantages of excellent tissue penetration, high bioavailability and prolonged half - lives. The latest advances of FQs were introduced in this article, such as structure -activity relationship and resistance mechanism.
