Interpretation of the Doctor-patient Conflict in China from the Perspective of Social Culture Comparison between China and Western

当前造成我国医患矛盾日益尖锐有诸多方面的因素。基于社会文化比较视角,从医疗秩序、医疗职业道德规范、诊疗出发点、行业自律性、医学模式五个层面进行中西对比,对引发我国医患矛盾冲突的原因加以分析,以期为我国政府制定医疗体制改革政策提供参考。

The current doctor patient conflict in China becomes increasingly sharp result from a number of reasons. Based on the social and cultural comparison perspective, compating China and western from the medical order, the medical occupa- tion ethics, the starting point of treatment, the occupational self constraint, and the medical mode. From the above five as- pects, the reasons on induction of doctor-patient contradiction in China were analyzed entirely. It will provide theory sup- ports for government in policy-making of medical systemic reform.
