摘要
介绍了控制压载水传播有害水生物的国际动态 ;论述了海上更换压载水的约束条件及加载临界点在确定更换压载水方案中的应用 ,提出了确定船舶海上更换压载水方案的基本方法及校验方式 。
Based on the Sequential Method described in the Resolution IMO A 868 (20), this article mainly deals with the general scheme and limitations of ballast water exchange at sea. The Sequential Method described in the Resolution IMO A 868 (20) are introduced. The ballast exchanging scheme described in this article not only ensures safety of ballast water exchange and navigation of larger vessels, but also reduces the amount of calculation work and blindness of the chief mate in ballast water exchange.
