Loading awkward & length cargo is very difficult because of its over length and over weight.In order to ensure whether shipment is safe for actual loading this kind of cargos, dynamic simulation system applied to awkward & length cargo charging discharging is developed by using VC++ language and OpenGl liberary according to the trust of Guang Zhou Ocean Transportation Corporation.This paper discusses in details the displaying model of 3D viewing and gives the method of building 3D ship and its accessory.
