Study on the Sustainable Development of Wushu Schools in the New Situation

武术馆校在历经近30年的发展过程中始终未能摆脱资金、生源、师资、管理的困境,而且随着社会的发展,这些困难日益加剧。要改变武术馆校面临的发展困境,必须改变武术馆校习武谋生的陈旧观念,以健体防身、育德修身、娱乐怡情为理念,采用符合体育发展大众化、职业化、产业化发展趋势的俱乐部模式。

By mean of literature, the author has amalyzed the ten years＇ reaseach on development problem of Wushu schools and think that after nearly 30 years development , Wushu schools has been unable to get rid of the capital, students, teachers, management, and with the development of the society, of in-depth analysis that after nearly 30 years＇ development, Wushu schools has been unable to get rid of the difficult position .Such as ,capital, students, teachers, management etc. With the development of the society, the problem becom more and more serious .In order to change the difficult state of Wushu schools,we must get rid of the obsolete notion that regards wushu as a means of life and transform the ＂school＂ model into Club model.Bcause the Club model well adapt to the development trends of sports, such as popular ,professional and industrialization.
