以贵州师范学院男子足球代表队为研究对象,以科学化训练为理论依据,通过文献资料法、数理统计法、录象视频分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,在对贵州师范学院男子足球队的训练比赛进行总结分析的基础上,尝试性地构建普通高校足球队的科学化训练模式,以达到有效控制整个训练过程,进而达到阶段性提升球队训练水平和竞技成绩的目的。
