核心力量训练在田径400m训练中的实证研究

An Experimental Research on the Core Strength Training in the 400 Meters Race

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法以及数理统计法等方法,对苏州科技学院400m运动员核心力量训练的手段与方法进行了研究。并通过测量专项素质,以评价核心力量训练对400m训练的影响。结果表明通过核心力量训练,对400m专项成绩和专项素质都有一定程度的提高。

By the methods of literature review, expert interview and mathematic statistics, the paper explores the training method of the core strength training with the subject of 400 meters race players from Suzhou University of Science and Technology. It conducts the experiment on the special quality to evaluate the impact of core strength training on 400 meters race. The result shows that core strength training can improvement both the score of 400 meters race special quality and the score of 400 meters race.
