摘要
高校体育教学方法改革历来是高校体育教学改革所关注的重要课题,体育教学方法的选择是决定体育教学质量的关键。运用文献资料法和逻辑分法,根据认知心理学维度的体育知识分类,深刻分析了认知心理学维度的体育能力本质;以高校学生体育能力培养为出发点,论述了认知心理学维度的高校体育教学方法改革的相关问题,以期对高校体育教学方法改革提供有益参考。
The reform of university PE teaching methods has always been an important concerned issue of university PE teaching reform. The choice of PE teaching methods is the key to determine PE teaching quality. In this paper, using literature and logical analysis, according to type of sports knowledge in cognitive psychology dimension, profoundly analyzes the essence of sports ability in cognitive psychology dimension; The training of sports ability to college students as a starting point, discusses the issues related to PE teaching methods reform in cognitive psychology dimension, in order to provide the reform of university PE teaching methods.
