The history and development law on micro-nano electronics

摘要 本文从历史的视野和宏观的角度研究了农业社会、工业社会和信息社会的进程及相关发展规律,并分别从集成电路的技术、产品、市场、产业结构、产业投资等方面剖析了微纳电子学科和产业发展的脉络,介绍了今后微纳电子技术在各个领域的发展趋势.在信息产业成为当今经济主要驱动器的背景下,在目前纷繁复杂的国际竞争环境下,本文解读了中国集成电路学科和产业发展的历史和现状.在此基础上,为今后中国集成电路产业的发展提出了相应的方向和举措. This article studies the process and the law of development of the agricultural society,industrial society and information society from the view of history and macro angle.It analyzes the micro-nano electronics subject and the law of industrial development from the aspects of integrated circuit technology,products,market,industrial structures,industrial investment,etc.It also introduces the development trend of micro-nano electronics technology in many fields.Under the background that information industry has become the main driver in today's economy,the article interprets China's integrated circuit discipline and the history and current status of industrial development in the current complex international competition environment.On that basis,it proposes measures for future development of China's integrated circuit industry.
