On the Application of Visual Management to Property Services

目视管理是利用视觉化的工具手段来开展管理的一种管理方法。目视管理不仅普遍应用于一般企业的管理,还可以应用到物业服务领域。文字、图表、影像、色彩、意义符号等视觉信号手段在管理上具有引导、确认、说明、警示、通告、简化、视觉形象识别等目视管理功能,运用这些视觉信号手段帮助开展物业服务,可以在物业服务中的环境管理、安全管理、现场标识、行为指引和宣传通告中发挥应有的作用,减少物业服务人力、物力、财力的投入,可以细化管理,提高效率,使物业服务事半功倍。

Visual management is kind of management approach which utilizes visual tools to make management. It is not only applied to general enterprise management, but can be applied to the field of property services as well. Graphics, pictures, colors, signs and other visual signs have the management functions like guiding, confirming, warning, noticing, simplifying, and differentiating. These visual signs in property services can facilitate the envi- ronment management, security management, site logo management, behavior guiding, and publicity notice. Therefore, the human, material and financial resources in property services can be saved, while the management can be detailed and the management efficiency can be improved.
