摘要
以芦丁为对照品,用超声辅助提取、紫外-可见分光光度法测定了天名精总黄酮含量。结果表明:天名精中总黄酮的相对百分含量为10.03%,精密度实验RSD为1.41%;芦丁对照品在0.01375～0.2200mg/mL范围有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=9.9261C+0.013,相关系数R2=0.9997。该方法操作简便、结果可靠,能为天名精药用价值的开发及扩大资源利用提供科学的依据。
The percentage of total flavonoids in Carpesium abrotanoides L. was determined by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry at 510 nm based on the standard curve with rutin as controlled sample. The results showed the percentage of total flavonoids in Carpesium abrotanoides L. wasl0.03% and there was good linearity （R2 = 0. 9997） during the range of 0.01375 ~0. 2200mg/mL for rutin,the regression equation： A =9. 9261C ＋0.013. The relative standard deviation RSD was 1.41%. The ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry method is simple and re- liable to measure the content of total flavonoids in. Carpesium abrotanoides L.. It provides a certain referential gist for the exploitation and expand resource utilization of the Carpesium abrotanoides L. ＇s medical value.
