摘要 活性染料/D5悬浮体系可实现蚕丝织物活性染料节水、无盐和高固着率染色,为提高对该工艺下活性染料在蚕丝织物上染过程的控制及染色工艺优化的理论指导作用,用C.I.活性红195进行染色吸附动力学实验,探讨了其染色机理。运用准一级动力学模型和准二级动力学模型对C.I.活性红195传统水浴和D5悬浮体系染色实验数据进行模拟,计算C.I.活性红195在两种染色条件下的染色动力学参数。结果表明:C.I.活性红195在传统水浴和D5悬浮体系对蚕丝织物的染色均符合准二级动力学模型。活性染料/D5悬浮体系染色平衡吸附量高于传统水浴染色,半染时间显著下降。 Reactive dye/D5 suspension system can realize water-saving, salt-free dyeing of silk fabrics with a high adhesive rate by reactive dye. In order to improve the control of reactive dye in the dyeing process of silk fabrics with this technology and the theoretical guidance of dyeing process optimization, this paper conducts a dynamic experiment of dye adsorption with C.I. reactive red 195 and discusses its dyeing mechanism. This paper simulates the data of dye experiment of C.I. reactive red 195 traditional water bath and D5 suspension system using pseudo-first-order kinetic model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model and calculates kinetic parameters of dyeing of C.I. reactive red 195 under both dyeing conditions. The result shows that the dyeing of silk fabrics using C.I. reactive red 195 meets pseudo-second-order kinetic model both in traditional water bath and D5 suspension system. The dyeing equilibrium adsorption capacity of reactive dye/D5 suspension system is higher than that of water bath and the half dyeing time greatly decreases.
