摘要
柑橘品种类型多样,果实富含多种药用成分(如类黄酮和果胶等),但加工后的柑橘果皮渣往往作为废弃物处理,这样浪费资源、污染环境。以江汉平原广泛分布的一种野生柑橘-皱皮柑为材料,对果皮渣等废弃物进行综合利用开发,成功提取出果胶及类黄酮物质,得率分别为:25.65%和30.63%。通过实验也证明利用野生柑橘果皮可制作出口感良好的成品果丹皮。
Various types of citrus varieties, the fruit is rich in a variety of medicinal ingredients (such as flavonoids and pectin), the but the processed citrus peel residue often as waste disposal, such manufacturing envi- ronment pollution. This article the Jianghan Plain widely distributed wild citrus-Cockle Kom material its peel slag and other waste comprehensive utilization of development, successfully extracted pectin and flavonoids, yields were: 25.65% and 30.63%. The experiments also prove the peel produce tasty finished sweetend roll.
