摘要
为了使玉米早日以主食化的形式进入人们的餐桌,提供给人们一种营养美味的重组米,本文主要论述最近几十年来国内外广大科研工作者在工程重组米的领域所做过的研究,为广大科研工作者提供参考。
In order to take corn into people's view as principle food and provide a kind of nutrition and delicious reformed flee early, domestic and overseas research progress on reformed rice in recent years are discussed in this paper, reference value and guidance function to development of reformed rice is provided for researchers.
