摘要 工程施工项目往往受到政策、环境、资源冲突等不确定因素的影响。为了提高进度计划编制的准确度,节约施工成本,对招商港务10号泊位改造工程进度计划进行后评价研究,采用离散事件系统仿真建模的办法,对工程进度及其不确定因素进行仿真。结果表明,仿真计算的工期与实际工期相符,验证了该方法的可行性。在编制工程项目计划时,可以采用动态的、直观的仿真建模方法,来应对项目中存在的风险,制定资源利用计划以及成本控制计划。 A construction project is often affected by some uncertain factors such as policy constraints, environmental factors and resource conflicts, etc. In order to improve the accuracy of the progress schedule and reduce the construction costs, the progress schedule of renovation of SKP Berth No. 10 was post-evaluated and the scheduled progress and its uncertain factors were simulated with the use of a discrete-event system simulation model. The results show that the modeled period of construc- tion coincides with the practical period of construction and the feasibility of this method is verified. During establishing project plans, the dynamic and intuitive simulation modeling can be used to deal with the risk, the resource utilization plans and cost control plans can be made.
