侯氏“三焦气化”理论结合腹针疗法治疗颈椎病疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Cervical Spondylosis Treated with Hou′s Theory of" Triple Energizer Qi Activity" and Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy

目的观察侯氏"三焦气化"理论结合腹针疗法治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法选择确诊的颈椎病患者33例,参照国家中医药管理局1994年颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,将这33例颈椎病患者分为五型,以侯氏"三焦气化"理论为指导,结合腹针疗法对不同类型的颈椎病采用不同的处方,以疏通三焦和调理脏腑功能为治疗原则对这33例颈椎病患者进行治疗。结果参照国家中医药管理局1994年颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》来判断治疗效果,共治疗颈椎病33例,治愈13例,好转16例,未愈4例,总有效率87.9%。结论侯氏"三焦气化"理论结合腹针疗法治疗颈椎病的疗效确切,值得进一步研究观察。

Objective To observe the efficacy on cervical spondylosis treated with Hou＇s theory of ＂triple energizer qi activity＂ and abdominal acupuncture therapy. Methods 33 cases of cervical spondylosis that had been diagnosed definitely were selected. In reference to the Diagnosis and Efficacy Criteria of Disor- ders in TCM issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994,33 cases of cervical spondylosis were divided into five types. Under the guidance of Hou＇s theory of＂ triple energizer qi activity＂ and in association with abdominal acupuncture, the different prescriptions of abdominal acupuncture were a- dopted correspondingly to smooth qi activity of the triple energizer and regulate zangfu functions. Results The efficacy was judged in reference to the Diagnosis and Efficacy Criteria of Disorders in TCM issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994. Of 33 cases of cervical spondylosis, 13 cases were cured, 16 cases improved and 4 cases failed. The total effective rate was 87.9%. Conclusion Hou＇s theory of＂ triple energizer qi activity＂ in association of abdominal acupuncture therapy achieves the definite ef- ficacy on cervical spondylosis and this therapeutic program deserves a further research and observation.
