摘要
安装于某建筑物内的铝合金窗及幕墙,发生了严重腐蚀穿孔现象.通过采用电镜观察、膜层性能测试、成分分析及相关材料特性剖析,探讨了膜层腐蚀破坏机理并分析了腐蚀破坏原因.研究发现:此建筑物建筑用砂为海砂,其中含有大量氯盐,氯离子是引起腐蚀穿孔的主要原因;由于形成了电池腐蚀,且自催化连续反应,使铝型材表面氧化膜在短时间内被破坏且造成腐蚀穿孔.
The aluminum alloy window and curtain wall installed in a certain building was corroded serious- ly. The corrosion failure of aluminum alloy window was investigated using SEM and chemical component analysis. The results showed that the sand used in a building was sea sand,containing much more chlorine salt. The chlorine ion caused corrosion punching self-catalyzed continuous reaction, thus resulting a very short time.
