摘要
用ICP-AES法测定镁合金中的钐、镝、钬、钆、锑、铋、锡含量.通过对溶样酸及溶样酸度、基体干扰的考察,确定了最佳试验条件,并选择了最佳测定谱线.试验结果表明,在选定的条件下,各元素的检出限均小于0.01μg/mL,方法测定下限均小于0.005%.本法的回收率在98.0%~100.7%之间,相对标准偏差在2.21%~6.11%之间,与比色法测定结果一致.本法快速、准确,能够满足镁合金新材料研究的需要.
Determination of Sm,Dy, Ho, Gd,Sb, Sn, Bi in magnesium alloy by ICP-AES was introduced in this paper. The optimum conditions of experiment and the analytical spectral lines are obtained by dissol- ving acid and acidity as well as matrix interference. Detection limit of each element is less than 0.01 μg/mL under selected condition, and the detection limits by this method are all less than 0. 005 %. The recovery by this method is between 98.0%-100.7%, and the relative precision is between 2.21 0/oo-6.11%. All experi- mental results correspond to that by colorimetry, meaning that the method is quick and precise, and has a good application prospect.
