摘要 目的分析过敏性紫癜患儿对食物不耐受情况及食物干预治疗的情况,为过敏性紫癜患儿的合理饮食提供科学依据。方法在我院就诊的100例过敏性紫癜患儿采用ELISA法检测血清过敏原IgG;将81例食物不耐受阳性患儿分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例,对照组41例,两组患儿均采用常规治疗,观察组患儿进行不耐受食物禁食和轮替治疗。结果检测患儿的血清过敏原IgG阳性率为(81%);经过3个月的干预治疗,观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论过敏性紫癜患儿进行食物不耐受检测,为患儿寻找疾病诱因及有效预防提供临床价值。 Objective To analyze the reaction of children with Henoch-Schoniein Purpura to food intolerance and diet therapy and provide scientific basis of rational diet for the children with HSP.Methods One hundred children with HSP who were hospitalized in our hospital were chosen to detect the serum concentration of allergen IgG by ELASA.81 patients with severe food intolerance were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases receiving routine therapy with intolerant food forbidden as well as alternative food therapy) and control group(41cases receiving routine therapy).Results The positive rate of serum allergen IgG of children with HSP is 81%.After a 3-month intervention treatment,the curative effect of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion The food intolerance detection of children with HSP provides clinical value for exploring the main inducement and effectively preventing the disease as well.
