摘要
当前国内高校日语本科专业的海外实习活动范围和规模较小,实习途径和内容尚不丰富;注重跨文化交际能力培养的海外实习考评体系尚不健全。为了解决上述问题,应该构建起一套海外实习工作开展的完整模式。其主要内容包括:实习资源的地区性共同开发和联合利用;实习途径的多层次化、多渠道化;实习的前期指导、中期管理、后期考评一体化。
Currently,major problems in the oversea internship for Japanese majors in China include the limitations in the scope,field,access and content and a sound assessment system on the improvement of student＇s ability in intercultural communication as well as on the implementation of current regulations specific for oversea internship is still absent.To solve these problems,a proper model is called for which shall include local cooperation between universities in oversea internship resources,diversification in the level and scope of internship and integration of pre-phase guidance,mid-phase management and post-phase assessment.
