摘要
为保证曲轴工作可靠,必须使曲轴材料具有足够的强度、良好的冲击韧性和较好的抗疲劳强度。综合材料的工艺性和经济性,选用了45号钢曲轴材料,经调质后高频淬火的加工方法,适合大批量生产。
In order to ensure operation reliability of crankshaft, the material used for crankshafts should have sufficient strength, good impact ductility and better fatigue resistance. 45 # steel is chosen for fabricating crankshaft according its manufacture ability and economy. The 45 # steel selected is proved to be a suitable material for mass production in case that it is highfrequence hardened after modified treatment.
