中俄蒙自由贸易区建设构想下内蒙古的枢纽效应分析

Analyzing the Hub Effects of Inner Mongolia Geopolitical under the Building of the Free Trade Zone Framework Among China-Russian with Mongolia

内蒙古地处祖国北疆,毗邻俄罗斯和蒙古,特殊的地缘关系使自治区的对外开放有着得天独厚的优势。以内蒙古为地缘枢纽,建立中俄蒙自由贸易区可以促进三边贸易的经济增长,有利于三国整体贸易地位的提高。在推进中俄蒙自由贸易区建立的过程中,应从马克思主义国际政治经济学的视角出发,要充分发挥内蒙古自治区的粘连作用,也要充分扩散内蒙古自治区的地缘枢纽效应。

Inner Mongolia is the border of China,adjacent to Russia and Mongolia,it has an exceptional advantage relations to the opening of the autonomous region because of its special geographical situation.It is beneficial to the economists＇ improvement and promotes the economic growth of trade in the whole area through the building of the free trade zone framework among China-Russian with Mongolia.In promoting the establishment of free trade zone,we should give full play to the role of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region adhesion,also should make full spread of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region geopolitical hub effect,all based on the perspective of Marxist International Political Economics.
