当代高校毕业生就业过程中的诚信缺失问题日益突出,本文列举了就业诚信缺失的各种表现,探析了就业诚信缺失的多方面原因,并结合实际提出了通过加强职业发展教育、深化思想政治教育、完善诚信监管机制、营造诚信育人环境等多种措施加强毕业生就业诚信教育,促进高校毕业生诚信就业。
