摘要
在当前高等教育大众化与大学生就业难问题日益突出的双重背景下,通过建立以就业和社会适应性为视角的人才培养质量社会评估机制,探究高校在人才培养工作方面取得的成绩,以及存在的不足,并提出相应的对策,旨在促使高校进一步优化人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量。
In the dual context of the popularization of higher education and increasingly prominent graduate employment problems, through the establishment of social evaluation mechanism of university personnel training quality in the perspective of employment and social adaptability, we can explore the achievements and existing problems of universities personnel training work and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which can promote the further optimization of talent training mode and improve the quality of personnel training.
