人们随着时代的发展对于精神生活有着越来越高的追求,公共艺术不再是少部分人知晓的艺术形式。可以说公共艺术与公共空间是一种相辅相成的关系,公共艺术在城市中扮演着多重的角色,比如传承文化、突显城市个性、社会和谐等等,当然,公共艺术也会反作用于城市文化。对于刚在起步阶段的中国公共艺术,笔者提出自己的看法和希望。
