中国学校体育必须走出困境

School Physical Education Going out of Predicament

20世纪80年代,体育运动在中国发生了两次重大的变异,学校体育随之陷入困境,至今还未能消解。其原因是多方面的,有历史的与现实的,社会的与体育教育自身的。经济、社会、文化、教育等几条逻辑线的叠加效应,使学校体育只能停留在最低层面,即仅能维持学生在校期间一般健康水平上。其后果是促发各种非传染性流行疾病的低龄化和普遍化,威胁到国家安全,并制约了竞技运动的发展。学校体育走出困境的过程,要与中国人口政策的调整、教育制度、体育体制的改革,以及人口总体文明素质的提高相伴随。只有全社会动员起来,学校体育才能逐步走出困境。

In the 1980s,the sports in China had two major variations,thereupon School P.E.was forced into the dilemma,still not extricated.Many reasons caused that,including historical and realistic reasons,and social and sports-related reasons.The additive effect of several levels of economic,social,cultural,educational system induced school sports to stay at the lowest level,only maintaining the general health of students in the course of staying at school.Its consequences triggered a lower age,and generalization of a variety of non-communicable pandemics,that not only threatened national security,but also restricted the development of competitive sports.The process of School P.E.extrication from the predicament must accompany with the adjustment of China＇s population policy,and reform of the education system and the sports system,and improve-ment of civilization of overall population.Once the whole community mobilized,school sports can gradually get out of the woods.
