摘要
超量恢复理论是指人体机能能力和能量储备由负荷后暂时下降和减少的状态恢复到负荷前水平的过程中,能源物质的补偿在一段时间内超过原有水平的现象。"爆胎"训练理论描述负荷刺激超过运动员机体极限承受能力时机体能力突然为零的现象。把爆胎训练理论与超量恢复理论进行组合,必将弥补超量恢复理论的不足,并且填补了训练学一理论空缺,使机体机能能力的动态发展得到一个相对完整的理论对应,实践意义重大。
Over recovery can be defined as the actual or possible regaining,restoration,or mprovement of something lost or taken away as a result of a significantly negative situation or the sources of energy matter compensation exceeds original horizontal phenomenon within a period of time."Tire burst" means the change of training load,rise exceeding athlete airframe and decrease zero suddenly.The combination of over recovery and tire bust will definitely surpass the deficiency measuring recovery theory with a significance practical value.
