摘要
阐明了初轧厂辊道冲击应力计算与传统的动行系数法的不同点.分别计算了钢锭塑性变形能与辊道的弹性变形能,确定了冲击载荷与危险截面的冲击应力。最后,根据有限寿命设计准则并按迈内尔疲劳损伤积累理论估算了辊道寿命,从而对目前的更换周期是否合适作出判断。
The article describes the differences between impact stress calculation of roller conveyer at the
blooming-slabbing mill and the traditional mithod of kinetic load factor. Then it counts the energy
of plastic deformation of ingot and elastic strain energy of roller conveyer sparately, furthermore
it determins impact load and stress of the dangerous setion. Finally, on the basis of design principle
of limited service life and according to Miner damage accumulational theory of fatigue, it esti-
mates the fatigue life of roller conveger, thus, to judge whether the present replacement period is
right.
