关于完善跨境资金流动监测管理机制的思考

随着我国涉外经济的快速发展，跨境资金流动对我国经济和宏观调控效果的影响日益明显，因此，加强对跨境资金流动的监测分析和管理具有重要意义。文章从切实贯彻与完善相关监管机制、提高监测效率的角度出发，对当前影响跨境资金流动监管有效性的因素进行了梳理，探讨如何完善其监测管理的相关机制，并提出相关政策建议。

With the speedy development of China＇s foreign-related economy, the effects of cross-border capital flows on economic and macro- regulation are more obvious, strengthening cross-border capital flow monitoring and management is therefore of great significance. On the basis of thoroughly implementing and improving the regulatory mechanism and increasing monitoring effectiveness, this article analyzes the factors that affect the effectiveness of cross-border capital flow regulation, examines how to improve the monitoring and management mechanism, and makes the relevant policy suggestions.
