摘要
实地采集标本并用改进的HPLC法测定了福建省不同地区16个居群间长柄石杉的石杉碱甲(Hup A)含量。结果显示,石杉碱甲在长柄石杉福建省不同居群间均有分布,其中以梁野山和新罗区黄连盂两个居群含量较高,分别为0.047 7%和0.046 4%;从区域上看,龙岩地区含量最高,平均为0.041 6%,三明地区含量次之,平均为0.041 4%,宁德地区含量最低,平均为0.019 7%。结果表明,福建地区拥有良好的石杉碱甲植物资源。
By using an improved HPLC method, the content of Huperzine A ofHuperzia serrata (Thunb.. ex Murray) Trey. ear. longipetiolata (Spring) H. M. Chang, a widely distributed member of the Huperziaceae, which was collected from 16 populations of the different regions in Fujian province, was determined. The results showed that the Hup A were found in all sample materials, the content of Hup A from popuation of the Liangyv moutain in Wuping county and Huanglianyu in Xinluo area had a high level of 0.0477% and 0.0464% respectively, with the highest content in Longyan (0.0416%). Among all areas, Sanming region was foUowed by an average of 0.0414% and lowest in Ningde area (0.0197%). It was suggested that there were excellent resources in Fujian Province.
