中药联合热敏灸治疗慢性迁延性肝炎27例

27 Cases of Chronic Lingering Hepatitis Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine with Thermal Moxibustion

目的:观察中药联合热敏灸治疗慢性迁延性肝炎的效果。方法:27例慢性迁延性肝炎患者采用中药加味复肝汤联合热敏灸治疗,10次为一疗程。结果:治疗3个月后,27例全部有效,其中显效21例,有效6例;肝功能恢复正常者24例;肝脾肿大12例全部恢复至正常;乙肝表面抗原转阴7例,转阴率25.93%;e抗原转阴10例,转阴率37.04%;核心抗体转阴8例,转阴率29.63%。结论:中药加味复肝汤联合热敏灸治疗慢性迁延性肝炎临床效果满意,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,提高机体免疫力,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of treating chronic lingering hepatitis by traditional Chinese medicine with thermal moxibustion. Conclusion ：The effect of Chinese medicine aromatized complex soup for liver combined thermal moxibustion in the treatment of chronic lingering hepatitis clinical is satisfactory, which can effectively improve patients＇ clinical symptoms, improve the body immunity, and is worth further research extension.
