针药并用治疗干眼症的临床疗效观察

Acupuncture and Medicine in the Treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome:Observation of Clinical Efficacy

目的:观察针刺配合清眩润目饮内外并用治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组的方法,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组12例,治疗组采用针刺配合清眩润目饮外熏眼部之后内服。对照组采用局部滴眼药治疗,观察两组治疗效果并进行对照分析。结果:治疗组显效9例,有效2例,总有效率91.7%,与对照组(83.4%)比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针药并用治疗干眼症疗效明显优于单纯局部眼药治疗。

Objective： To test the clinical efficacy of internal and external application on dry eye syndrome with acupuncture combined with Dizzy Reducing Moisturizing Eye Liquid. Methods：We divided patients into treatment group and control group using the random method, each of 12 cases. Treatment group employed the method of acupuncture combined with Dizzy Reducing Moisturizing Eye Liquid and oral administration after steaming. Control group employed the method of topical ophthalmic treatment. Observe treatment effect of the two groups and make control analysis. Results：Treatment group： markedly ette, ctive 9 cases, effective 2 cases, the total effective rate was 91.7 %. Compared with control group （83.4%）, there were significant differences （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with medicine for treatment of dry eye syndrome efficacy is superior to topical ophthalmic treatment.
