针刺配合不同波形电针治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症44例

Acupuncture Combined with Electro-acupuncture of Different Waves in the Treatment of Insomnia of Yin-deficiency and Fire Hyperactivity

目的:观察针刺配合不同波形电针治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的44例阴虚火旺型失眠症患者按随机对照原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予针刺配合头皮穴位电针密波治疗,对照组予针刺配合头皮穴位电针疏波治疗,观察3个疗程后两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(90.91%)远优于对照组(50.00%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,中医证候疗效以及治疗前后两组患者睡眠时间比较,治疗组亦远优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合头皮穴位电针密波方法治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症的临床疗效优于针刺配合电针疏波治疗。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy by acupuncture and electro -acupunclture with different waveferms in treating the syndrome of insomnia of Yin -deficiency and Fire hyperactivity. Methods ：44 patients with the syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to Yin - deficiency of insomnia classified into two groups according to the random and control principle. The patients of treatment group（n =22）were treated by acupuncture and scalp electro -acupuncture with dense wave while the patients of control greap（ n = 22）were treated by rare wave. Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups after three courses of treatment. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group （90.91%） was far superior to that of control group （50.00%）, P 〈0.05 ,which had a statistical significance. Conclusion： The therapeutic efficacy by acupuncture and scalp electro - acupuncture with dense wave excel the rarefaction wave in treating the syndrome of insomnia of Yin - deficiency and Fire hyperactivity.
